While we understand, we also humbly request you to re-pack it properly so that someone else may use it. Otherwise chances are the 45% of carpets improperly packed get damaged and end up in land fill. Since our products are filled with love and soul of multiple hands, we request you to think about these hands and re-pack your carpets with a little bit of care.

We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
